Terms of service

01Who we are
The Agentic Workforce provides software that performs administrative work on your behalf. These terms apply between you (the company or person subscribing) and us. Our legal entity and registered address will be stated here once incorporation completes.
02What you are subscribing to
A subscription entitles you to one assistant per seat purchased, for the billing period paid for. Features change as the product develops; we will not remove something you rely on without telling you first.
03Your account and your data
You are responsible for who you give access to. You retain ownership of your mail, calendar data, documents and anything your assistant produces for you. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. See the privacy notice for detail.
04What the assistant may do
By default the assistant may read, research and draft without asking. Actions that affect people outside your company are held for your approval until you explicitly widen its permissions. You are responsible for what you approve.
05Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate someone, to break the law, or to attempt to extract other customers' data. We may suspend an account that does.
06Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance each month through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on where you are registered. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, never mid-period.
07Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the console. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months. You can export your audit log before you go.
08Availability and limits of liability
We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. The service is provided as-is. This section requires legal drafting before it means anything — it is deliberately not written yet.
09Changes to these terms
We will tell existing customers by email before material changes take effect, and the date of the last revision will be shown at the top of this page.
