Privacy notice
An assistant that reads your mail should be unusually clear about what it does with it.
Draft. This document is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It does not form a binding agreement. If you need final terms before signing anything, write to hello@theagenticworkforce.com and we will get them to you.
01What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, company). Content the assistant needs to do its job: calendar events, the mail it is asked to read or draft, and Slack messages where it has been invited. Operational logs of what the assistant did and what you approved.
02Why we process it
To do the work you asked for, to keep a record you can audit, and to build your assistant's memory of how you prefer to work. Nothing else.
03We do not train models on your data
Your mail, calendar and documents are not used to train or fine-tune any model, ours or anyone else's, and are never pooled with another customer's data.
04Who else sees it
Sub-processors necessary to run the service: our model provider, our hosting provider, and our payment provider. A current list with the purpose of each will be published here and kept up to date.
05Where it is stored
Hosting region will be stated here once infrastructure is finalised. If your company requires data residency in a particular region, tell us before you subscribe.
06How long we keep it
Operational data for as long as you are a customer. After cancellation, your workspace and its contents are deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain. You can request deletion sooner.
07Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@theagenticworkforce.com. Depending on where you are, you may have additional statutory rights — this section needs legal review to state them accurately.
08Revoking access
You can disconnect the assistant from Google or Slack at any time from your own account settings with those providers, without contacting us. Access stops immediately.
